5 3-Song Workouts To Help You Get In Shape

If you’ve got 10 minutes, you’ve got enough time to rock out — er, work out. We supply the workouts and the playlists, you bring the ruckus.

The right workout + the right music = match made in fitness heaven


We asked fitness expert Holly Perkins, C.S.C.S, founder of Women’s Strength Nation to design five workouts that each have two important characteristics:


1. They provide a legit, kickass workout.

2. They can be done in the time it takes you to listen to three upbeat, impossible-not-to-move-to songs. (Each song has a strong rhythm and 120 to 145 beats per minute (BPM), which is the tempo sweet spot for exercise motivation.)


Check out the workouts and listen/subscribe to the playlists below. You can do a couple of the workouts back to back, work them into your existing routine, or, if you're already a total boss, use them as warm-ups.
