Carol arrives at the hospital, walks to a nurse and asks if she can give blood. The nurse takes Carol to a bed, sits her down and takes a pint of blood from her. Carol returns to the reception where she is promptly given 30 dollars.
Carol is extremely happy and returns multiple times over the next few months until one day as she receives her 30 dollars she sees a man receiving 100 dollars.
"Hey how come he gets 100 dollars?!"
"Ah, that man over there is a regular. He donates his sperm which is significantly more valuable."
Annoyed, Carol leaves the hospital but returns a few weeks later.
"Ah, hello Carol, back to donate blood?" the receptionist asks.
