Basically, it's just a load of really loud squeaking as Britney moves around in her red jumpsuit.
The video was created by sound engineer Mario Wienerroither in the latest of a series of similar clips.
The video has been watched almost 100,000 times in a couple of days and has now started to go viral.
The Britney video has a long way to go though if it wants to overtake Wienerroither's most popular video to date:
"Dancing In The Street" has so far been watched almost 2.5 million times.
