This Guy Saved A Baby Manatee And It's The Cutest Thing You'll Ever See
Actually can’t deal with this.
On the right you can see Mitchell Thomas, 19, and on the left you can see Mitchell, the baby manatee.
Thomas saved this fella while volunteering at Wildtracks in Belize, so the charity named him Mitchell.
On Imgur, Thomas wrote: "This little man was found in the waters of Belize struggling to stay at the surface after his mother was presumably killed by a boat. An adult manatee was found dead nearby".
Mitch the manatee came in on June 30th...When he first was placed in the back of the truck, I realized what awful shape he was in. His body seized and thrashed every time he tried to take a breath. Each breath was a wheezy gasp. He was in a lot of pain, probably from a bruised rib or shoulder.
Here's Mitch in the rehabilitation centre: they wrapped him in a wet T-shirt and doused him with water so his skin didn't dry out.
I timed his breaths on the way back to Wildtracks and was the first person to hop into the intensive care pool with him. He was lowered into the water and all the volunteers huddled around to see what would happen. He immediately struggled to stay at the surface and I had to hold him up to allow him to breathe.

They were amazed by almost everything they saw, but especially by two shiny, silver walls that could move apart and then slide back together again.
The boy asked, 'What is this, Father?' The father (never having seen an elevator) responded, 'Son, I have never seen anything like this in my life, I don't know what it is.'
While the boy and his father were watching with amazement, a fat old lady in a wheel chair moved up to the moving walls and pressed a button.
The walls opened, and the lady rolled between them into a small room. The walls closed and the boy and his father watched the small numbers above the walls light up sequentially. They continued to watch until it reached the last number. and then the numbers began to light in the reverse order.
Finally the walls opened up again and a gorgeous 24-year-old blond stepped out. The father, not taking his eyes off the young woman, said quietly to his son.....
'Go get your Mother.'
